HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARCUS!!!

I'm three!
These are his FAVORITE things in the whole world. He LOVES this monkey and fish blanket.

Marcus's birthday party

This year's theme was Spiderman & Bumblebee. (and a racecar)
Audrey & her daddy.
Amy & Romy

Sterling decorated the cake. If anyone ever needs to use a spiderman cake pan let us know.
We used the candy from the pinata' to decorate cupcakes.
Here's Macy (Marcus's future bride. Sorry Eli)
Allen thoroughly enjoyed this part of the party.
Marcus got a ton of gifts, more than at Christmas. He's not a fan of being in the spotlight, so despite what it looked like at the party, he did love his gifts! Thank you!!
Here's a picture of his gift from us, his first bike.
Here's a clip of him before his party. He was pretty excited for his day.

Here are some random pictures I meant to post a long time ago. The first is from Casey's birthday party at Alanna & Brad's place.
A walk over at Mom's in Enumclaw. All the Franklin side cousins.
On our way home.
Hayden & Grandma at the Puyallup Fair. Hayden loved the rides.
As did I. I had NO idea this ride was so much fun. Seriously, my new favorite.
I could NOT stop laughing. I will go next year just to ride this.
I only wish I could have ridden a ride with Brad's knees in my face.
Daddy thought this was hilarious.
They really think they're playing. Still gets me.

After Ashley's bridal shower. It was good to see everyone. Does anyone have pictures of the wedding? I forgot my camera that day. Nice huh?
I don't want to brag but how many babies do you know who just fall asleep like this?
Or like this?

These pictures will be treasures for them later. I love it.
We had Macy & Penny over for a visit last week. We played, danced, finger painted,
made Halloween sugar cookies & decorated them.
Thanks for visiting!
After church one Sunday.
Enjoying a snack.
Needing a haircut.
My in-laws through their annual Halloween party last Friday. This year's theme...Adult Prom. I pulled out this old dress, Sterling rented a vest & tie, Robyn Jones did my hair and waa-la. It's always fun to watch Sterling dance!
I guess my camera wasn't used much cause I have just the picture of us. Oh, and these...
Nice!!

Pumpkins!! Marcus didn't get his hands dirty, but it's a step up from last year, where both he Hayden cried at just the thought.
Hayden designed his own mouth and nose.
Brandon, making people laugh as usual.

We didn't get Noah's done that night, but the four on the right are ours. Right to left, Sterling, Marcus, me, Hayden.

Trick-or-Treat

Our ridiculously cute baby, who's growing too fast,
& our two awesome ninjas. I LOVE Halloween!

Baths

I took these pictures last night. After about 20, I realized I was lucky to get two of the three looking at me.

A lot...

Some random shots of my adorable boys.
You know the look they have just after they wake up? I LOVE it!
Isn't he cute?! We think he's going to be the next Jeremy.
On the way home from Amy's baby shower, me, Heidi and Noah stopped off at the temple to take some pictures.
We wanted a picture of us but nobody was around to ask, so we improvised.
Heidi flying over the bushes, trying to beat the timer she just set on her camera. I don't think she made it, but what an effort.
Shortly thereafter, Amy had Romy Luna Miller.
SURPRISE! We threw my mom an unexpected party for her 5th decade mark. Congrats mom. We love you!
My gift this year was a cake, meant to give tribute to her life and all she's lived through. This was the first idea that popped into my head, so I ran with it. It was a lot of work but really fun.

I wanted to include the fifties, even though she pretty much missed them being born in 59. So I found a little baby with blond hair and blue eyes and made her a poodle skirt.
Gumballs and wall border. Some day I'll make a completely edible cake. hahaha.
My favorite. Disco. I printed the dancers off line and cut them out. I know, mad scissor skills.
Mom had four of her five babies in the 80's.
Y2K
That's a lot of candles.I'm so glad Jeremy could fly home for the party. It wouldn't have been the same without him.
Chris was in charge of games and I must say, it was the most disgusting fun I've ever had. It was like a constant fan in your face, only it was warm stinky breath, accompanied with light showers. In the video only a few of us were left, 3 to 1 and Chris still won. Your ping pong blowing is awesome Chris.
As it got later and later, instead of going to sleep, we found ways to keep the fun going.

When Brad graduated as a chiropractor and everyone flew to Missouri to support him, I stayed home. I am lame. It worked out though because I watched Allen for the 5 days they were gone, so actually, I'm pretty dang awesome.
We had lots of fun.
I had a crafty moment and we all made bean bags. I sewed, they stuffed.
Then we practiced throwing them onto different shapes.
We went to the park.
They played with crabs,
and fed the birds.
until next time...
